I am a qualified therapist in Swedish, Indian and Thai Foot Massage. My treatment journey began 4 years ago with the Scottish Massage School, Edinburgh and recently Gateway workshops. For the past 20 years I have worked as an actor and drama facilitator which has given me an emotional intuition and awareness of my own body. Working in theatre during rehearsals and performance can be physically demanding and this is where I discovered the benefits massage can have on aching muscles as well as relaxing the body and mind. Whether you are coming along to simply switch off and relax or for specific muscle relief I will take you through a consultation and tailor your treatment to ensure you get the maximum benefit. I am a fully insured member of the Scottish Massage Therapists Association (SMTO) and adhere to SMTO’s Practice standards: Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics and follows the SMTO’s Continued Professional Development Policy, Disciplinary and Complaints Policy. I use a variety of natural waxes from Songbird with a vegan option also available. Grapeseed oil for those with sensitive skin, acne, eczema, psoriasis or nut allegies. I welcome hairy legs from both men and women so please don’t let this be a worry. I promise you it makes no difference and will not affect your massage. Sheila is a Holistic Therapist who qualified in KCR in 2019 with the KCR Academy. After a long career in retail, an ankle injury led her to seek an alternative approach to healing.

She had one session of KCR and found it life changing. A follow up session a few months later spurred her on to train and qualify as a KCR Therapist herself.

Thanos is an experienced Medical Herbalist. He studied Herbal Medicine at the University of Westminster, graduating in 2007, and went on to practice as resident herbalist at a London clinic whilst studying for his Classical Homeopathy degree at the same institution. In 2013, he moved to Scotland and started practicing at D.Atkinson Herbalist in Edinburgh, one of the oldest and most respectable Herbal Medicine establishments in Scotland. He now also practices Orthopaedic acupuncture at Napiers Bathgate and is a member of the Lyme and Long Covid clinic group of practitioners.
