Herbal Medicine
Herbalists make use of plants whose traditional uses are backed up by modern scientific research and clinical trials. A qualified Medical Herbalist has a BSc or equivalent in Herbal Medicine, has studied orthodox medicine as well as plant medicine and is trained in the same diagnostic skills as a GP. However, Herbalists take an holistic approach to illness, treating the underlying cause of disease rather than just the symptoms. They are able to prescribe herbal remedies to be used alongside other medication and treatments, and many patients are referred to a Herbalist by their GP for treatment. Herbal Medicine is suitable for people of any age, including children, who respond especially well to the gentle actions of herbs. Each patient is treated as an individual – a Medical Herbalist recognises that no two patients are the same.
Lyme / Infectious Diseases (ID) Clinic
The Lyme and Infectious Diseases Clinic is a provided by a group of herbalists who have extra training and experience of working with people suffering from tick-borne or infectious diseases caused by bacteria, viruses, fungi and molds. In particular, those diseases that cause long-term challenges such as chronic fatigue; metabolic, neurological, cognitive, digestive and musculoskeletal problems. In chronic cases, where medication has not resolved the illness, herbs often provide the means to return to health.

Homeopathy
A therapeutic system founded by the German doctor Samuel Christian F. Hahnemann, Meissen, Germany 1755 - Paris, 1843.
The word ‘homeopathy’ is made up of the Greek words ‘omoios’, meaning ‘similar’, and ‘pathos’, meaning disease. He believed that medicines should be prescribed according to the law: like shall treat like. It is an effective way to treat many varying disease conditions (mental, emotional and physical).
While conventional medicine believes that it must fight the disease bearing factor which it sees as the main cause for disease, homeopathy believes that it must strengthen the organism’s defence mechanism in order to be able to fight the imbalance.
A homeopath takes into consideration all aspects of health and considers the emotional and mental state of the patient before prescribing a remedy targeted to stimulate the body's natural powers of recovery.
TCM Acupuncture Cupping
Traditional Chinese Medicine is a medical system that has been used for thousands of years to prevent, diagnose, and treat disease. It is based on the belief that qi (the body's vital energy) flows along meridians (channels) in the body and keeps a person’s spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical health in balance. TCM aims to restore the body’s balance and harmony between the natural opposing forces of yin and yang, which can block qi and cause disease. TCM includes acupuncture, cupping and herbal therapy,
Kinetic Chain Release
The KCR protocol quickly brings bodies back into balance, alleviating problems such as weak ankles, knee problems, hip and joint pain, pelvic discomforts, back, shoulder and neck pain, TMJ, and headaches.
The rapid, restorative effects of bringing the body back into balance quickly restores energy levels.
Reiki
Reiki therapy is based on an Eastern belief that vital energy flows through your body. A Reiki practitioner uses gentle touch -- or places their hands just above your body -- to help guide this energy in a way that promotes balance and healing.
Mikao Usui developed reiki in the 1920s. The term comes from two Japanese words: “Rei,” which means universal, and “ki,” which loosely translates to a lifeforce of energy.
Reiki may help to resolve emotional distress by allowing healing energy to flow freely throughout the body, which results in relaxation and reduced pain and tension throughout the body. It may also help reduce stress and anxiety, which can decrease pain perception as well.
Hopi Ear Candling

Reflexology
Reflexology is a deeply relaxing, soft touch therapy that has been used for thousands of years. It has been practiced in many cultures in some form throughout the world.
Reflexology has many different benefits and is based on the theory that the organs and tissues of the body are reflected in the feet and hands.
Reflexology stimulates the body’s own natural healing response and can help to encourage homeostasis or balance in the body.
It is a holistic therapy and acknowledges that each person is an individual. Mary will put together a treatment plan that will be tailored to her clients individual needs.
Reflexology does not claim to cure, diagnose or prescribe and should not be used as an alternative to seeking medical advice.
